KPCC Radio iPhone™ App

Listen to 89.3 KPCC on your iPhone and iPod Touch with the KPCC Radio iPhone application. KPCC is available to stream on your iPhone or iPod Touch when you install the free KPCC Radio application from the iTunes App Store.

Where it works
The KPCC Radio application works on all iPhones and iPod Touches. The stream (64k) will perform using wifi, 3G, or the EDGE networks.

How to get it

From your iPhone or iPod Touch: From your iPhone or iPod Touch, click the App Store icon. From the App Store, click the Search feature. Type “KPCC” and click Search. The KPCC Radio will appear in the search results. Click KPCC Radio. A description of the KPCC Radio application will display. Click the Free button. It will change to an Install button. Click the Install button. Wait for the KPCC Radio application to be installed. Click the KPCC Radio icon from the iPhone or iPod Touch Home screen and listen!

From the iTunes Store: Go to the KPCC Radio application in the iTunes Store. Click the Get App button on the KPCC Radio application page. After the application is finished downloading to your computer, sync your iPhone or iPod touch with your iTunes account to add the KPCC Radio application to your iPhone. Click the KPCC Radio icon from the iPhone or iPod Touch Home screen and listen!

NPR Mobile from KPCC is a partnership between NPR and 89.3 KPCC to bring news and features from both NPR and KPCC to users of mobile phones and other devices. NPR mobile consists of two new services: NPR Mobile Voice, and NPR Mobile Web.

Access NPR and KPCC news and features via your phone's mobile Web browser.

Requirements: Phone/PDA with a mobile Web browser and subscription to a data plan through your carrier

Cost: Neither NPR nor KPCC charges for this service. Data usage charges depend on the calling/data plan you have with your carrier, and listening to audio via click-to-call links uses voice/calling plan minutes. Any SMS charges are at your standard text messaging rate.
